Bisphenol Cross-Linked Fluorocarbon

Trade Names: Viton, V101

Viton is resistant to fire resistant fluids, phosphate esters, mineral oils greases and most inorganic acids and chemicals. It is highly resistant to swelling in gasoline and gasoline/alcohol blends. Viton is not recommended for exposure to ketones, low molecular weight esters and ethers, nitro hydrocarbons and amines. Viton is used for U-cups, lip seals, O-rings, V-packings and oil-recovery equipment and in high temperature sealing application up to 200 C.

Temperature Range: -4°F to 400°F (-20°C to 200°C)
