Our Quality Policy:

We will meet or exceed our customer’s requirements for product quality and we will continuously improve our products, processes, and systems.

It is a given that you will get a quality product, on time, from Western Polymers Corp. We know our costing and we know Western Polymers price will be competitive. Being competitive is a key part of our strategy and is based on controlling our costs.

we control costs by:

  • Controlling our Raw Inventory at about 15 turns per year. All materials are prime and only from approved suppliers. Approximately 90% of all raw material purchases are per negotiated contracts, giving us the most favorable price.
  • Investing in the latest IT, processing, molding and machining equipment (in 2007-2008 we added $160,000 of new machinery) keeps our manufacturing costs low on medium to high production.
  • Increasing productivity in these times of escalating wage costs. Our steady increase in productivity from our well paid, well trained, safe, and stable work force has been able to hold or reduce our labor cost per unit.
  • Engineering molds and work aids so that they are designed and built to balance the customer expectations on cost and durability.
  • Continual attention to the cost of poor quality — nonconforming parts, rework and inspections — are historically very low at Western Polymers but receive our continual attention.

We have over 20 years of experience in solving problems through the design, molding and or machining of polyurethane and rubber components.

We provide our customers with engineering help on feasibility, design, and material selection. Indirectly, we are valuable to our customers through our direct involvement in tooling and process design for our manufacturing operation. Our knowledge and assistance is invaluable again when we take your feedback on field performance and translate that into improvements for your product.
