Imagine a thermoplastic compound that protects sensitive microelectronic components from moisture and other environmental conditions. We not only imagined it, we made it a reality. Polyurethane elastomers are ideal for casting pressure sensitive components and for applications where minimal heat generation is desired during the curing process.

Our cold pore products are ideal for packaging resistors, integrated circuits, capacitors, and fiber optic connectors. Unlike regular polyurethanes, our encapsulations are poured cold in order not to damage sensitive components. The final product is translucent and not colored.
