Western Polymers Corp and Wescan Machine is a multifaceted polyurethane and rubber molding and machining operation with a 15,000 square foot facility located in Calgary, Alberta.

We have served virtually every industry for 20 years. Our work ranges from making one prototype to making thousands of OEM components. We excel at developing new products and migrating existing products to urethane that were previously made from other materials. We manufacture parts that range from one ounce to over 150 pounds. We mold parts by liquid casting, compression molding, transfer molding. We often bond metal inserts to urethane and rubber during molding. We perform secondary operations such as machining, grinding and shearing.

We have an efficient manufacturing process using the best in advanced compounds that perform exceptionally well where other materials simply do not measure up.
